A Little About Me?

 I grew up in Texas in both Houston and Dallas Forth Worth before crossing the Red River to attend college at The University of Oklahoma. After graduating with a degree in Advertising, I worked at a local OKC advertising agency before moving to Utah with my soon to be wife, Randi. Once in Utah, I worked for the Larry H. Miller in-house advertising agency Saxton Horne before making the jump into entrepreneurship.

I founded Wasatch Homes and Land Property Management in 2019 with the goal of providing peace of mind for out of state nightly rental and second home owners in the Park City area. After growing the business to more than 20+ properties, I recognized the increasing need to offer support for long term rentals.

In 2024 I joined The Lusher Real Estate Team, bringing property management and maintenance expertise along with a can-do non-stop attitude! Working with the Team, I designed a comprehensive Long Term Property Management Program, adding a great service offering for Lusher Real Estate clients. I learned all about long term leasing to better understand how my services could smoothly integrate into the long term leasing process. Now, I am the expert in long term rental property management.
